The First Steps

Initial Review
We will meet with
you to thoroughly discuss your current financial position, your
anticipated financing needs and capabilities. We will review
the legal aspects of your project. We will also review outstanding
debt refunding and defeasance possibilities.

Management
We will manage and
coordinate all planning and issuance matters with bond counsel
and staff members. Where appropriate, we will review and recommend
rating agencies and/or bond insurance proposals.

Principals and Staff Availability
A principal of our
firm always closely monitors each phase of the underwriting/financial
planning process. The principal and staff members will be available
to discuss the financing plan at any time during the development
process. We will attend public meetings at your request.
