Coordinating the Efforts of Local Attorney and Bond Attorneys
We will coordinate
the compilation of transcript material with the client's bond
attorney. We will work closely with your local attorney to facilitate
the process and to assure complete conformity with the issuer
client instructions, to be in complete compliance with federal
and state laws in all legal proceedings and to assure the correct
implementation of the financial plan.

Preparing The Official Statement
Bernardi will prepare
the Official Statement to be used in the marketing of the obligations.
Information will be garnered and researched by our staff. The
document will include the issuer's financial, economic and demographic
profile. The statement will be reviewed and approved by our
client and bond counsel before being printed and distributed.

Legal Transcript and Final Documents
Bernardi Securities, Inc. will coordinate
the collection of transcript material with the client's bond attorney,
oversees all bond printing and registration procedures and assure
prompt distribution of the borrowed monies to the client on settlement
day.
All relevant documents are forwarded
to the issuer upon completion of the financing. The transcript
includes detailed debt service schedules (and levies, if appropriate),
closing documents, legal documents and the Official Statement.
This important future reference material is prepared and furnished
at no additional cost to our client.
