Bernardi manages portfolios on either a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.

Discretionary Managed Portfolio

A client signed “Discretionary Letter of Authorization” is required.

Upon receipt of discretionary approval, Bernardi, adhering to the “Investor Profile” instructions, will make investments at its own discretion and will report activities on a quarterly basis.

Market index pricing will be provided for comparison purposes.

Non Discretionary Managed Portfolios

Adhering to the “Investor Profile” instructions, Bernardi will contact the client or advisor with an offering and will seek approval before any transaction is executed.

Under either option, copies of trade confirmations are sent to the client. Supporting documentation as to price comparison, quality of bond and appropriateness of bond for your portfolio is kept in our files. This information is available upon request.
