Edward Bernardi,
Chairman, has been in the municipal bond industry for over
forty-five years. He has managed fixed income portfolios
for investor clients for over 35 years. He is a former Board
Member and President of the Union League Club of Chicago,
Chairman of the Lake Forest, Illinois Park District, President
and Trustee of the ULC Boys & Girls Foundation. Mr.
Bernardi has been an officer and board member of numerous
municipal bond industry associations. |

Ronald P. Bernardi, Principal,
President & Chief Executive Officer, has over twenty-five
years experience in the municipal bond industry. He is a
graduate of Bucknell University with a BA in Economics.
He is a former Board Member and Treasurer of the Union League
Club of Chicago, and the former Chairman of the Lake Forest
Illinois High School Foundation. He currently serves as
a Trustee of the ULC Foundation for Boys & Girls Clubs. |

Robert Biondi, Principal
and First Vice President, has over twenty-seven years experience
exclusively in the municipal bond industry. He holds Series
53, 7, 52 and 63 licenses. A 1980 graduate of Western Illinois
University. Mr. Biondi has served as an Arbitrator for the
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) since 1989.
He is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago, Societa
Modenese and has been a Board Member of the Western Illinois
University Foundation from 1992-2005. He is also on the
Board of Directors at the Rolling Green Country Club. |

Lou Lamberti, Principal
and First Vice President, has over twenty years experience
in the fixed income industry in various areas including
trading, underwriting, public finance sales and operations.
He has been involved in the marketing, trading and underwriting
of over 1 billion in municipal bond transactions. A 1981
graduate of Indiana University, he is a member of the Municipal
Bond Club Chicago and holds Series 24, 52, 53, 63 and 7
FINRA licenses. |

Michael
Bowen, Principal, First Vice President and Managing
Director of Public Finance Department - Joined firm in 1989.
Registered municipal securities representative. Over twenty-five
years experience local government experience. Responsible
for bringing to market hundreds of millions in municipal
bond transactions. Extensive local government experience.
Served as member of the East - West Gateway Executive Advisory
Council in St. Louis, Missouri and former Chairman of the
Board of Trustees at Bellville Area College. Formerly a
Vice President in the public finance department of a major
St. Louis area bank. Masters degree in Public Administration
from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Bowen is also an
owner of ARC, which is the administrator for the Illinois
County Insurance Trust (a self funded property and casualty
County trust). |

Michelle
P. Bernardi, Principal and First Vice President,
has been in the municipal bond industry for over fifteen
years. A Graduate of Lawrence University, Appleton, Wisconsin
she has extensive fixed income, underwriting and trading
experience. She is an investment specialist (Series 7 and
52 licenses) assisting investor clients manage their fixed
income portfolios.

Eric
Bederman, Chief Operating and Compliance Officer,
has been with the firm since 1999 and has been a manager
in the securities industry since 1990. Prior to Bernardi
Securities, he served as National Operations Officer for
Ernst & Young's Investment Advisory Services unit and as
Director of Operations for a regional investment advisor
and broker/dealer. Mr. Bederman is active in industry affairs
and serves on the District 8 Committee of FINRA. Additionally,
Mr. Bederman has been an active volunteer with Literacy
Chicago and the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs. He has
a BS in English and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management-Chicago,
in addition to the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, and
65 licenses. |
